Ziggy IPTV for LG webOS TV. Last updated: 3 October 2026.
This policy explains what Ziggy IPTV does with your information. It is short because the app collects very little.
Ziggy IPTV is published by Fazal Subhan (trading as Ziggy IPTV), 39 Oakdale Drive, WF9 2FA, United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, write to support@ziggyiptv.app.
Ziggy IPTV is a player. It carries no channels, films or series of its own and is not affiliated with any IPTV provider. To watch anything you need your own subscription to a service, and the details that service gave you. You are responsible for the service you connect to and for what you watch through it.
The following is written to your television's local storage. It is never transmitted to us, and we cannot read it:
You can delete all of it from the app: Settings → Data, where you can clear watch history, cached lists, or everything including your saved providers. Watch history can also be cleared from the home screen.
When you sign in and when you play something, the app contacts the IPTV service whose details you entered. That service receives your credentials and your requests, and its own privacy policy applies to that exchange. We are not a party to it and we do not see it.
Ziggy IPTV is free to use for a trial period, after which it requires a one-off payment. To run that trial and recognise a paid activation, the app sends a single identifier for your television to our licence server. It is derived from the TV's device ID and is not usable to identify you as a person.
| Data | A device identifier, and the state of the licence for it |
|---|---|
| Purpose | To run the free trial and recognise a paid activation for this TV |
| Lawful basis | Performance of our agreement with you |
| Retention | While the licence is active, then up to 24 months for accounting |
| Shared with | Nobody |
The app asks you to accept a notice before it sends anything.
Payment is handled by Stripe, who collects your payment details and email address directly. We never see your card details. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the device it was for.
The app is not directed at children. It includes a parental PIN that locks categories, and content that names itself as adult is locked whether or not a PIN has been set.
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about your device, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to support@ziggyiptv.app and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
To delete everything held on the TV itself, you do not need us: use Settings → Data → Clear all app data.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects what is collected, ask you to accept the notice again in the app.
